Diverse Resources partners with business to provide co-op services that assists in enabling High School Students with on-the-job training. We provide employers with students whom are trained before being placed for employment. Students are disciplined, closely mentored and required to uphold good attendance. Our Job is to find the right company for the students and in doing so we are very selective with whom we partner. Diverse Resources reviews and rates the safety, cleanliness, structure, and policies of each company to ensure they meet DR-T4T standards. Each quarter a review of each partner is conducted dependent on the previous rating to ensure that the business meet the standards. We require feedback regarding each student to ensure that they are learning while accumulating work experience as this provides assurance that each student will obtain educational credit for their dedication.
